In order to better help new staff’s growth and integrated into the Sutor quickly, the Company organized a forum for them to share experience in Sutor. All new staffs from different subsidiaries participated in through video conference.
During the transformation of the fine steel industry, Sutor Group continued to recruit new members from different provinces and municipalities. At this forum, the management warmly welcomed all new staffs and briefly introduced Company’s business model and transformation. Subsequently, new staffs expressed their views on working environment, work atmosphere, team spirit and also expressed a sincere appreciation and admiration to the Company.
New employees said that Sutor has a positive working atmosphere and colleagues respect each other, which helps them can quickly become familiar with the post. They also cherish this job opportunities and hope to stay in the Company and create their own value.
This forum collected many good suggestions and opinions and the administrative human resources department will continue to improve and accept everyone's supervision. This forum embodies the "people-oriented" management in Company. Through communication and understanding, not only helped the mangement opened working ideas, but also helped new staff to have a scientific direction in future work At the same time, new staff better understanded Company's corporate culture and entrepreneurial spirit and feel Company’s care and respect.
